I.                   Seasons

A.     Fall Season: Each team will play 10 games in the Fall Season.

-         August 1^st to November 15^th

B.     Winter Session 1: Futsal League – Location TBA.

-         December 1^st  – Feb 28^th

C.     Spring Season: Each team will play 10 games in the Spring Season.

-         March 1^st to May 16^th

D.     DEAD PERIOD: Academy Staff will not coach team if they are active during this time.

-         May 17^th to July 31^st

II.                Practice Sessions

A.     U7-8 Sessions

1.       2 Sessions a week during Fall and Spring Seasons

2.      60 minutes to 75 minutes long.

B.     U9-10 Sessions

1.       2 Sessions a week during Fall and Spring Seasons.

2.      75 minutes to 90 minutes long.

C.     Winter Training Sessions

1.       1 Session a week

2.      75 minutes to 90 minutes long.

1.       Cosmos Cup – White teams

2.      OK Cup – White teams

3.      Turkey Shoot Out – Gold teams

4.      Norman Classic – Gold Teams

B.     Winter Tournament – Gold Teams if Ready

C.     2 Spring Tournaments per Team

1.       Patriots Cup – Gold Teams

IV.              Fees (Estimated Cost)

A.     Registration

1.       Fall Season - $65

2.      Winter Session 1 - $45

3.      Spring Season - $65

B.     Trainer Fees

1.       Coaches Training Fees - $500

·         Fees may be paid 3 ways
1. 1 payment on August 1st for $500 
 
2. 3 payments - 1st on August 1st for $200, 2nd on December 1st for $100, 3rd on March 1st for $200

3. 10 payments - Payments start on August 1st for $50 for 10 straight months

·         Practices cancel due to weather or complex closing is not Coaches Responsibility.

C.     Tournament Fees

1.       Per Player - $45/Tournament

D.     Uniform and Warm-up Cost

1.       Uniforms are $45 plus tax. 

·         1 White jerseys, 1 Maroon jersey, 1 Black short, and 1 Black sock. 

·         Numbering and logo included in cost.

·         Additional Cost may be keeper jerseys, additional printing, etc.

2.      Warm-ups are $30 – Optional

·         Maroon Hoodie with logo on front and 8” number on back.

·         Black Sweats with number on right leg.

V.                 Team Formation

A.     Each player that registers for Academy will place in the proper age pool. The teams will be formed out of the pools based on skill of each player. 

B.     Teams will be determined by Academy Staff.
